Let's see the chart of EUR/USD D1
On Daily chart of EUR/USD, that area around 1.1834 giving us more extra information than H4 chart. We see that, a clear structure/pattern generally known as "Head & Shoulder" pattern already broke its neckline @ 1.1834 and also a possible retrace already filled up in that area. With that, daily chart has also significant mark in the same area creating momentum for bearish move.

Let's see the Monthly chart of EUR/USD
Monthly chart also giving us information but the area is little bit different than D1 and H4. In the monthly chart, it shows a clear observation area and still space available till around 1.19-1.21 but the previous chart history proven that this area is significant for any long term move.
